I'm experiencing a lot of stuttering and lags in my phone. I'm sure it's due to the 'not so good' optimization of the UI. The processor is quite nice and I don't expect such performance from a 6nm chip. So, definitely it's optimization. I'm not even talking about heavy apps. It's just normal apps like Whatsapp, Google Maps, YouTube, Camera App, etc.

Today, My system launcher stopped working. My phone was completely unresponsive for about 2 minutes. This is unacceptable. Please fix it.

That's not good.

Can you clear the phones system files cache please and then see what happens. 

Clear your System File Cache vai the instructions in the Samsung Link. You may need to hook upto a computer or insert your headphones to get to the recovery menu. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/

It also happens on my s21 that supposed to have thr best processor... randomly freeze and restart few times a day...

I also noticed that the AOD lights up the whole display. This is for "Always show" option and works fine for "Show for 10 seconds".
