I've installed an app on my A52 from the PlayStore. It is associated to the Android work account. I need it to be switched to my own Google account. How do you do that?
I've tried deleting the app, switched the Playstore to my personal Google account, then restarted the phone. The Playstore was still on my personal account. Then I selected the app in the Playstore and Installed it. Again the install was linked to the Android work account.
Any clues???

Hallo @AdeJong,

That is a good question! I will help gladly you further. Have you also tried clearing the cache via the Recovery menu? If not, turn off your device and connect it to the charger. Then hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until you see the Android logo. After a few seconds, the Recovery menu will start. Select 'Wipe cache partition'' and then 'Reboot system now'.

If it didn't helped can you tell me what the app is called? I will try it on our phones.

With kind regards,

Ajay

Thank you, just to be sure: the recovery menu & wiping cache don't clear my phone or accounts, I suppose?

Thank you for your reaction Adejong,

It won't delete any files, photo's, apps or accounts. Just the rest data of the RAM memory.

With kind regards,

Ajay

Sorry but I can't get into the recovery menu. I get Samsung logo, then Android logo appears at the bottom of the screen (with Samsung logo still on screen) and then the phone starts in normal mode.
On the pin input screen I get this pop-up:
[PDP]
back-up: fail
setup-wizard [FINISH]

I've tried it about 5 times but don't get the recovery menu. Maybe due to phone protection? (This is a managed device)

Hallo AdeJong,

Have you also tried connecting your A52 to a computer first?

Sorry I don't understand this. Connecting to a computer instead of the power supply?
What would this connection have to do?

Hallo AdeJong,

In some cases it will allow you to acces the Recovery menu easier.
