It may be that using Smartswitch to transfer your info over to the new phone has brought this with it too @kizzy12
I haven't experienced these pop ups personally.
You could check through your notifications settings and preferences.
Personally I back up using Samsung Cloud and then use that back up when setting up my new phone.
