A51 some incoming calls going straight to voicemail

I find this really annoying as there seems little point in having a mobile phone if it doesn't ring!!!!

Seems intermittent which makes it even worse.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Tried the 24 hour support chat line but it seems they only reply when they are not busy.

Hi @dany1946, are you still having issues with your calls going to voicemail? Please head to: Phone app > 3 dots (top right) > Settings > More settings > Call Barring > Voice Call > Make sure Incoming Calls are not toggled to be blocked. Then go to: Phone app > 3 dots (top right) > Settings > More settings > Call Forwarding > Voice Call > Always Forward is disabled. If this doesn't help, contact your Network Provider and check if there are any issues on your account or if your Carrier Settings need updating.

I have the exact same problem with a Galaxy A53. None of the suggestions have been of any help, the local Samsung service center was unable to replicate the problem as it is truly random and seems particularly bad with this one sim card.
