a51 individual contact ringtones

hi,grateful if anyone can help.ive had 2 samsung a51 models and set up both the same way.one is fine when setting individual contact ring tones whereas the other reverts back to the pre set ring tone even tho the contact ring tone is showing as another.ive used the same method to set both,is there something im missing?thanks.

I had a similar issue with an app i was using and i switched to a file explorer that can select audio and these apps worked.

Its possible the app your using to pick the audio file isn't working correctly, try one of these:

I can not see the ringtone option in my contacts edit section.it gives me choice for vibration pattern. Am I missing something obvious?
