A51 Bluetooth issues

Hello,

I've always enjoyed my Samsung smart phones, but not my new A51. I have a serious problem with bluetooth. Bluetooth connection keeps disconnecting and/or stuttering. I have a feeling its software is buggy. Has anyone faced this issue and if yes, do you know of a solution? I have updated the software to the latest version.

 

** Further updates (4-Feb-2020): today while playing an audio book on my bluetooth headset (Samsugn Level U), voice disappeared and I could only hear noise; I had to restart the phone to resolve the issue (back to Windows 98 theme); I hope Samsung can resolve this asap. It is a serious issue.

 

** Update (10-Feb-2020): i have just installed the update A515FXXU2ATA8/A515FOJM2ATB1/A515FXXU2ATA8 size: 351.39 MB (dated: Feb 1, 2020). will start testing and provide updates in a few days. 

 

** Update (14-Feb-2020): after a few days of testing, I can confirm the Bluetooth issues no longer exist. I have been playing Bluetooth audio and no disconnections or stuttering occurs.

You must be joking, right? I am streaming music and listening. How do I turn mobile data and wifi off??

I'm having the same issue also. Anyone know if there is a fix? Hopefully samsung can fix this ASAP!!

I have also same problem 😕 .....
I have also reset bluetooth settings but its still not working.... is there other anything to do with it????? To resolve the issue....

I have gone to the MTA Sams customer service in Istanbul turkey. following day, they said there is no problem with the Bluetooth. Then, we have checked a blueBluet device of them and see connection problems. Still they don't want to accept there is a problem. this is shameful for the Samsung.

I have the same issue with A51 I test my headset with multiple devices and it works fine ,but with my A51 its keep disconnecting. I hope it's not hardware related issue .

Same issue with me. Tested multiple Bluetooth devices, same result 😞

Hopefully Samsung fixes this asap as this is a really essential which is not working.

What model do you have ? I have the DSN model. I'm trying figure out if it's only the DSN model that's having Bluetooth problems

Contacted Samsung Support and their help desk robots gave me the usual diagnostic steps. Clear the cache, reset network settings, etc... If anyone from Samsung is reading this, please take note and ask your developers to fix this buggy phone. Thanks!

Samsung if your listening !!! Get off your *****!! and Fix this BLUETOOTH PROBLEM I left Nokia to go back Samsung because of Nokia issues now this WTF!!!
