A50; some incoming calls going straight to voicemail.  I checked call settings, voice call, etc.  It appears to be intermittent

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone.

This maybe a network mast issue also @Tony171 

Does this happen everywhere you go or in one particular place ?

Does this happen with random incoming calls or a particular one ?

With some network's you can lengthen the time the phone rings before it goes to voicemail. Perhaps check your network's help pages.

I wear hearing aids which can also work via Bluetooth on the phone.

I contacted network support, but no great help

I am inclined to believe that the phone is affected by the hearing aids.

Therefore I intend to change the phone.
