A50 crash when taking pictures

My A50 started to completely freeze and restart on taking pictures. Not always but quite often. The picture is lost after restart. I tried to wipe the whole data but still doing it. Anyway faced this problem?

are you using a memory card?

No I'm not. Sometimes it also crashed randomly on other activities, like ending a phone call. Seems like the factory reset solved that one but not photo taking.

have you tried starting your phone in safe mode?

No because it's not consistent. Sometimes happens 10/9, sometimes 10/1. Impossible to debug like that.

Have you checked for a software update in settings.

It's updated to the latest version

maybe back up phone and factory reset.
