Dear Samsung Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding the recent update for my Samsung phone model [Insert Model Name]. Since installing the latest software update, I have been experiencing frequent crashes and instability that have significantly impacted my device's performance.
Before the update, my phone was functioning smoothly without any issues. However, after the update, the device crashes unexpectedly, often when I am using essential apps. I rely heavily on my phone for both personal and professional tasks, and these constant crashes are disrupting my daily activities.
I would appreciate a clear explanation as to why this update has caused my phone to crash more frequently and what steps Samsung is taking to resolve this issue. Additionally, I would like to know if there are any immediate solutions available to mitigate the problem until a more permanent fix is released. Fix your fcking product

Hello @fixyourphone and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Eu Members 👋
Just to advise that the Samsung Community Forum is a customer to customer based help and discussion forum.
This isn't another route for Samsung Customer Services.
If your able to get into the phone then try Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's } And or a factory reset.
If you cannot then a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store will need to assess your phone.
Take time and date stamped photo's of the phone to show it's aesthetic condition and one of the phone turned On, and one of the water indicator which is typically visible in the sim card slot.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

Hi @fixyourphone Welcome to the community Another option is to try Safe Mode as sometimes there can be conflicts with 3rd party apps. if ok in this mode would pinpoint recent apps which have been installed (if applicable). https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-perform-factory-reset-on-my-mobile-device...
It is advisable to clear the cache partition after updates as some temporary cache files become outmoded or corrupt in some cases. if no fix with this Troubleshooting as suggested whilst can be a bit of a hassle sometimes a Factory Reset is necessary after backing up. However if no resolution indeed the Device would need an inspection.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.
