A50 Bluetooth Earphone pairing problem

I bought the a50 last week. Generally the bluetooth works and I can pair with another Samsung. However the phone cannot find my old earphones or any speakers I have. Does anyone know about this problem? Thanks.

I have same issue. My phone can see all other devices but not my Bluetooth headphones for some reason
