A40 front camera too zoomed in during videocalls

I recieved my A40 today and the first thing I noticed is how zoomed in the front camera is during whatsapp videocalls. it seems to be 2x zoom and this is annoying.

in samsung camera app, its zoomed in by default. its possible to change to not zoomed in. so it should be normal by default and not zoomed in.

could u please fix this?

This has been going on for me for FOUR YEARS starting with my S7+. 2 years not using that phone and then I bought the S10+ stupidly thinking that issue was fixed and here I am again. If you read the threads it will link you to other threads and you will see this has been going on for over a year with newer Samsung models but a lot of serious Samsung users like me haveahave dealt with this for years.  It's not getting fixed at this point and it is what it is. My next phone sadly will not be a Samsung 😞
