A35 - identified callers not in directory straight to answer machine

I have a Samsung A35 and am looking to set up a rule for all calls where a number is shown BUT where that number does not exist in my directory, the call will automatically forward to answer machine.  Can anyone help?

I believe stuff like this is down to your provider.

Besides your provider, there is one way to do that. Get an app that allows you to block calls based on rules, like Truecaller. Set your phone to auto-forward all denied calls to your answering machine. The app would block the call, then it would be sent to the answering machine number. That would achieve your goal.
