A34 still on January security patch, wait longer?

Hello, my a34 still on January security patch, 6.0.

I have to be honest that I changes csc to ILO for call recording,  might that be the issue?

Knox is not tripped.

I think 6.1 and april patch should have been rolled out completely by now right?

Tried updating everything to no avail (playstore and galaxy store).

I would try to factory reset the device. May just be a bug with the phones software.

But before that, i would call samsung customer service and see what they say.

As far as I'm aware what the OP has done would void the warranty - and the support from Samsung would be minimal in this respect.

Thanks for the tips but for me right now it is not that important to go factory reset.

As far as I know I am not in great danger, unless I missed some news that you MUST update...

Btw I didn't know when I changed csc that it was warranty void, ive read that later on. Don't care actually, I can put old csc back and no one will know as long as you don't trip knox. At least that is what I think.

okay from what i just read it is clear now that if the build number and csc number don't match you won't get update. You have to install (old) firmware matching your new csc with Odin and after that you will get also ota which updates you to 6.1

I will try that in a few months.
