A32 5g won't update

I cannot seem to update my A32 smartphone no matter what I try.

It hangs at 25% on the One UI update screen before a error symbol appears and it aborts the update.

I have tried connecting it to smart switch on my PC this sat there for 24 hours without any progress past it preparing update environment.

I have tried factory resets which still will not allow it to update.

I'm no longer sure what to do, this phone will not update no matter what I do.

Was your phone purchased in the UK, or abroad?

Sadly I came here after I've exhausted those options.

Apologies. Out of curiosity can you say which update you are trying to install, and what software/ OS version you currently have.

It says version A326usqscdwl1,  One UI 5.1

currently there isn't an update on this phone as I reset to factory settings in attempts to fix this issue.

Where did you get this phone? I think it's region locked to USA
