a30s Not receiving the android 11 / oneui 3 update

So i've just heard that I should've gotten the new software update a while ago, but there's nothing to update? I'm stuck on One UI 2.0 and android 10. What's the issue?

Try using SmartSwitch on a laptop. Connect your phone to the computer and then, it will let you know if any available updates are pending 😎.

It says "Your device is up to date TL4(SIO), but i still dont have an update, my friend has an a20 and she already has it, so why dont i?

Upon checking the eligibility list the A30 isn't listed as being eligible for Android 11

The list only shows the devices available in your country. The UK list for example doesn't show the A30 series because they were never sold here. It did get android 11 a couple of months ago however

I have android 11 but my other phone don't it have android 10 it's samsung a40 and the samsung a21s have the android 11

My guy, I am still stuck with android 10 in 2022, and it is insane how I still can't update, it just saids that my software is up to date, even tho its not 😞
