Hi, can any one shed some light about sorage issue i have. Apps on my new phone save data to storage\emulated\0\\Android\data ....... Problem is that those files are invisible by build-in/thrid party file managers.
it is now annoying that I cant see images or videos downloaded from my CCTVs . It makes the phone useless if I cant download any 3rd part app from Play Store that uses storage for media files.
I can conect phone to PC and extract them manually but I cant carry my PC with me all the time when I am out and download new file.
Phone was synchronized with old Galaxy S6 via samsung Smart Switch. Old files copied to A22 are visible.
How can I resolve the Issue. Do I need to factory reset and setup phone again?
I tried to reinstall apps but I ended with all data being deleted and new dowloads are still invisible.
Or are there some settings changing visibility ?
