How do you move apps to the sd card on this device

Press and hold on the app until it wiggles.
Then click app info, or the little "i" in a circle.
Click Storage
At the top of the page should be an option to change storage location.
If it doesn't let you, then head into developer options and turn on "force allow apps to external"

This is a thread I responded in galaxy-a-series/moving-apps-to-sd-card-samsung-galaxy-a21s. 

Not all phones have the option to move apps to the sd card.

Only applicable apps can be moved.

If the option isn't in the settings then it isn't an available option.

But you do know once you move an app you can't open it right?

It has to be internal for you to open it
