A20E does not have QR reader

Despite everything on the Internet telling me that my Samsung A20E has a QR reader, it does not. I have looked in settings, in the camera app, the pull devices & media but there is no QR reader option. I can only assume that maybe earlier models of the A20E do not have this function. Any advice, help or comments welcome.

How to turn on QR code scanning in SAMSUNG Galaxy A20e? Start by opening the camera. Now tap on the Settings icon. Click on the mark to enable or disable QR code scanning.

Try installing a QR reader from Play Store

Thanks Pugs. I will do that just trying to establish if the QR reader should be on the A20E or am I missing something?

You can use Google Lens (camera icon in the far right of the Google search bar).

Yes thanks I have the Google Lens App. My original question was to find out if the Samsung A20e had a QR code reader installed as standard. I guess I've answered my own question, my A20e model certainly doesn't.
