Just got a new A16. It's charging and very hard to use whilst charging... can't use keyboard without single hard taps, can't clear notifications, hard to change tabs... any tips? M
This is a new one, Do you mean that your device is glitchy/laggy? Try optimising your device in settings, if this doesn't work then another thing I'd like to ask: Is the device warm while charging?
This normally only happens if your charger isn't grounded/electrical noise, like on a train it can happen. Very odd this is happening at home. I would try a different plug and also try in a different location to see
