A14 Bluetooth not reconnecting to Ford Sync 2

New A14 once set up on ford sync handsfree . When either phone or Sync are disconnected they will not reconnect . They dont seem to see each other  anymore and an unpairing is required.

Ive tried other samsungs s8 , J16 & apple  and all work perfectly with SYnc

Ill probably return phone as unfit for purpose 

 Any suggestions ?

Can't get my left Samsung bud 2s to connect to YouTube music right on does. Any suggestions please.

My A13 and my wife's old A22 have the same problem. Sometimes they randomly do connect though, during a long ride or when the car is turned off an on again. My wife's new HONOR phone on the other hand connects every time without problem. Seems to be a Samsung issue in my eyes. Maybe they have some new Bluetooth protocol that doesn't pair well with SYNC or something like that. If you find a fix, let us now!
