Need to disable emergency sos

Please help me to disable emergency sos it keeps calling the police by itself

That's showing as a normal mobile number to call in regards to the SoS function.

If its a live number then you may want to edit your post and remove the attachment to protect that mobile number. 

If the phone isnt allowing you to change settings then consider the following. 

• Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too. 
• Last resort is back up and factory reset.

If you have a case on maybe it's too tight around the button and hence pressing it some how.

Turn off always on display and double tap to turn on screen. I did personally accidentally called 999 today few timws so had to take this action now to stop it
