How do I switch voicemail back on my Samsung a 12 please

Hi, depends on your mobile network provider. I'm with O2, and there's a number in my contacts list, I can dial that turns voicemail on. Check your contacts for this option. Alternatively, call your network provider and ask them to turn it back on.

@deborahjane: If your network has activated the Voicemail service on your account, then you may wish to try opening the phone app, head to the Keypad and press and hold the number '1' to automatically dial your Voicemail. If you're successful, listen to the options that are available, as you may be able to activate the service on your A12 from here. Alternatively, please reach out to your network directly, who will be able to walk you through the process.
