Solved: A10 wont screen mirror

My A10 wont screen mirror to my UE43A800KXXU TV through Smart View. It will let me 'play content' but that doesnt allow me to play what I'm watching on the virgin go app on the tv. I've been into the TV's settings and apparently screen mirroring isn't an allowed service on my connect device (my A10). See attached.

Have you tried using the SmartThings App @Gaz6

As below... are you using dex or smart things
My s10 will connect to the TV (but only the TV on the same network)
