Can you try a soft reboot by turning the phone Off and On @Domo1990
In the extreme a Factory Reset after backing up and then removing the Sd card if relevant can help.
And in the phones connection settings try choosing another network and then re choose yours.
Just to ask....
Does this happen everywhere or just at i.e home ?
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then another sim card in your phone ?
If it's the sim card that's degrading then your local Network Store should be able to swap it out via a sim swap.
If its not the sim card then you may need to visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre for a diagnostic or the store that supplied the phone originally so they can check the phones hardware.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
