4K functionality on A53

I'm thinking about getting the Samsung A53 and was wondering if I would be able to watch YouTube videos in 4k on it. Thanks.

Okay, can I ask how to get to it on the A53, tried the demo phone in store and could ot find the live focus option. The link you sent is for s9 and 21

you should be able to access this feature following the steps listed there: Launch the Camera app> Select Portrait by swiping your finger to the right> Then tap the dot that you will see on the left hand side to select the effect and the strength.
