Unable to go to an app from the lock screen once unlocked

When I receive a notification and the phone is locked, I can no longer press that notification and then unlock the phone and be taken to said application. No matter what app it is, the phone seems to lag and the application needs to be force closed. Anyone els having this issue??

I have just checked it with a Call notification on my device and I could unlock the device without any problems

I can unlock the phone but it's going to an app through the notification on the lock screen that seems to lag or crash. I have reported the issue too
