Edge Lighting still not working on Beta 2

I'm still having the same issue with no Edge Lighting and a broken Edge Lighting+ app on the 2nd Beta. Has anyone else got the same problem? I've already logged a report.

Mines working fine, you haven't turned off windows animations or any other animations in developer options?

Also have you got show while screen iss off selected? That's in settings/notifactions/brief pop-up
