It is not Samsung specific - when you upgrade Android version on your device via over-the-air upgrade, you have no way back. Factory Reset only deletes data partition, but system stays the same since upgrade has overwritten it already.
Unless you flash firmware image to the phone using your computer, there is unfortunately no way coming back to an older Android version.

Hi @faisi you cannot roll back to Android 11 via Smart Switch if you have the version of Android 12. It is possible to revert to the previous software whilst still on the Beta.
With regard to the problem with apps, have you cleared the cache partition following the update as that can help. Advisable also to clear the cache and data from some specific apps and also beneficial to send error reports.
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

Have you tried to report this problem via the Samsung Members app?
As for the apps, it is possible that some third-party apps will not work during the Beta due to compatibility problems 😣.
Anyway, you can try to clear cache of the affected apps (or reinstall them if necessary). Also check if any application updates are available.
