WhatsApp calls

Whenever I'm on a call on WhatsApp if I start using other apps or the screen goes dark the other person can't hear me.

Then you have to open WhatsApp again and keep it open during the call

If that only happens with WhatsApp it may be connected to the app itself. The best way would be to contact the app developers directly. If you believe the issue is with Samsung software itself - Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause

I noticed the same just a couple of days ago which I found very odd. I was even on speakerphone and tried with my buds with no difference.

Yep, I've had the same problem since the beginning of the switch. I've tried everything, nothing helps. Now I'm considering downgrading one ui 🙁

Same problem started just recently. First it was conference call. Now it is regular WhatsApp calls. Any update so far?

Probably Just Needs a Update inform whatsapp

I think it should start working once we get a new whatsapp or the one ui 7 stable release. So we just have to wait. For the time being to use whatsapp you just have to keep the screen unlocked and on the call page. You can use other apps like telegram for voice calls too for the time being. I don't think there are other solutions for the moment.
