Gallery freezes

Hi all, 

Anyone else have issues with the Gallery? Sometimes freezes when first time opening it. 

I am also at the gallery in WhatsApp and if I go to home page half way through it, the whole screen freezes. Anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for reporting! Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause
