WhatsApp issue

I've noticed that when adding punctuation from the quick short cut by holding the full stop symbol, the whole bottom row of symbols dont work ..@ ' ! . ? .

Which keyboard are you using? Samsung's?

Hello @beakster,

Does the issue only appear in Whatsapp app? As for the errors with third-party apps, app update may be necessary to fix these issues, so please also look out for any app updates. If it happens in every app then please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause
