Has anyone else had issues with the Wear app? I did a factory reset after downloading the beta to start afresh and test the software properly and from scratch.
I've not been able to setup my galaxy for 2 fitness tracker and nor have I been able to setup my galaxy buds live either. The app crashes as I'm about to add a device.

Same issue for me with the buds 2 Pro I recieved yesterday. I will leave clearing the storage for the wearable app, it was one thing on my mind if doing so will my watch not connect also. So I'll leave it for now as my watch is connected.

Hey. I have been advised in previous beta testings to clear the storage and cache in the app settings via the ( I ) button and then force stop it. Then update the app via the Galaxy Store, and you should be good to go .... the enrollment notes do inform such apps that they would need instant updates after installation of this beta testing software. I would advise you to update ALL your Samsung Galaxy apps via the Galaxy Store from my own previous experience. Let me know how you get on, and if you're still stuck, I'll suggest the next step to get you sorted.

@5ayf ,

Did you manage to resolve the issue with @Arabianstar 's tip?

You can also consider reporting this error in the Samsung Members app > Error report. Do not forget to include log files, this way developers will have an accurate overview of the situation. 🤝

As per my post, I downloaded and installed the beta, then did a full factory reset and setup my phone as though it was new out of the box. After setup, I updated all the galaxy apps of which there were around 30+ app updates, after which I updated 21 apps from the Google play store and then installed the apps I need. I was then ready to go and use my phone as normal.
Only then I tried to setup my galaxy fit 2 which I couldn't with the app crashing after trying to add my device so, I cleared the cache and data and tried with my galaxy buds and had no luck. I then did force stop, cleared the data and cache, uninstalled the app and installed again from the galaxy store and tried setting up the buds and its not working.

I myself did try to send error log through the beta forum. I also went to allow files in the settings permissions. But there was no files to allow. All the rest but no files.

I managed to report the issue with error reports with problems so hopefully, they'll be able to replicate and resolve the issue.

Well, something has been updated which has now enabled me to connect my galaxy fit 2 and buds to the wearable app and set up my devices. I've not had an app update or beta update so unsure what changed but something was updated in the background which has allowed me to connect my devices.
