Has anyone else had issues with the Wear app? I did a factory reset after downloading the beta to start afresh and test the software properly and from scratch.
I've not been able to setup my galaxy for 2 fitness tracker and nor have I been able to setup my galaxy buds live either. The app crashes as I'm about to add a device.

Hi @LizzyE , Unsure if you're aware, but this topic is regarding the experience on the now-closed One UI 5 Beta test on the S22 series from last year.

In any case, have you tried some of the advice given in the topic, e.g. a cache clear of the Wearable app (Long press the Wearable app icon > click on the   on the top right > Storage > Clear cache); making sure all of your software apps are updated to the latest versions for you; or submitting an error report via the Members app?

How to submit an error report:

As soon as the issue occurs (within 15 minutes is best):

Samsung Members > Support > Send Feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > choose frequency of issue, and write an accurate and good description (and attach any screenshots/pictures/videos showing the issue if you want/are able to) > tick ‘Send system log data’ > Send (the > icon on the top right).

(Or: Long-press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen, and select 'Error reports' from the dropdown menu, and follow the steps from there.)

That will send that report and log files for the Samsung developers to analyse.
