I’ve been experiencing touchscreen problems on One UI 9. When I tap the screen — especially when answering or clicking things on my phone — it sometimes takes a few taps before it responds. I’m wondering if this is an issue with the beta system.

Also, samsung member apps unable to visit the whole day today as it kept saying service error.

Screen get frozen too? But with restarting the phone its gets back to normal.

I just want to ask for advice aswell basically i didnt back up my phone when i had the beta tester system Im afraid that it will automatically reboot my phone? I hope wont happen.

Use something like smart switch to perform a backup if you plan on leaving the beta. It should keep your data safe. Alternatively, look into using a backup service or get a USB C pendrive to copy your important things to.

@Tineeyx,

Touchscreen responsiveness issues, occasional screen freezes, and similar instability can occur during beta testing, although the exact cause may vary. Since you are experiencing input delays and freezing, please submit an error report through the Samsung Members app when the service is available again so the logs can be reviewed by the development team.

Regarding automatic reboots, beta software updates may require a restart during installation, but there is no general indication that a device will automatically reset itself because it is enrolled in the beta program. Regular backups are always recommended when using beta software.
