Hey. Loving the beta program so far. But I've noticed something, and it's that the UI is a bit... lifeless. I mean, it can be in certain parts which I'm gonna list all of them I've found and also I guess all of them are easily fixable by using some small effects.
- Icons flying in when you unlock the phone could get some work. Maybe make it a bit smoother or add a neater animation, like how other OSes do it.
- Add some effects to the icon opening and closing animation. As mentioned before, the new icon opening and closing animation is insanely neat (along with its high customizability in HomeUp), but you should add a blur effect behind the icon when the animation is playing, also making the background darker as it opens.
- When you swipe up to open phone from the lockscreen, the widgets and the clock, and basically every element on the lockscreen gets this sort of effect where it gets bigger and more transparent as you swipe, which isn't pleasant. making the transition something... smooth and pleasing and reworking it would be really really nice.
- the quick settings swipe down animation rework for it to be more moving and smoother would be really appreciated.
- the volume bar could get a rework for it to be smoother and more buttery.
