Perhaps clearing app cache will improve the situation: Settings > Apps > select app > Storage > Clear cache.
If the issue persists, please submit an error report in Samsung Members app, so that developers can take a closer look at it. The report should be submitted 2-3 minutes after the error occurs to ensure that log files are generated. 🙂
