This started in about november. I do not get the map to show up on the car screen. It just shows an arrow. when connect the phone to the car it sometimes says auto android has experienced an unexpected error. when it does go to the screen and i ask for directions it says getting directions but never does. i even matched the clock because it was about the time of a software update and time change. i have tried deleting auto android and reload it. i have tried clearing the cache. i have rebooted the car screen. it is a samsung 13 which should be okay. It worked for over 3 years with no problems. hope you can help. Thanks dave
