But I don't feel that way. I think it looks great, it was too small in the earlier betas. I think the animations could be reworked, like when plugging your phone on charge, or turning on power saving. Animations are almost nonexistent
It looks ugly, way too fat, doesn't match other icons, the icons used in the beta update banner is so much better, it's an eyesore and I won't be using Samsung again if it's not changed
It's an eyesore that's constantly on the screen, if they design something so bad and think it's good I want nothing to do with that company because the design of everything will continue to get worse, they've tried to copy Apple (which is bad) and they've even failed at doing that their entire design team needs to be fired and start from scratch
@xNightWulf honestly this is the only thing I have seen you repeatedly post. Can't count the amount of times you have threatened to go and buy a different phone. Honestly just go and get one so you can have a nice battery icon. Repeatedly threatening Samsung with changing device will not get you anywhere. I'm not sure they probably even care if one user does not like the icon with everyone else myself included happy with it. People do not need to be fired because of one icon. Honestly get a grip on yourself. So I guess in anawer to your original question of should I go and get a non Samsung phone - i would say YES as this is unlikely to change. Stick to your convictions and follow through on your constant threats ad it's getting old now. Enjoy your new phone
The comments are overkill for an icon! I completely agree that the original was too small. If it impacts your enjoyment of your phone that much, perhaps you'd be better going elsewhere.
