Less Feedback/Issues/Participants In OneUI5 & Android 13 Beta?

Are we seeing fewer problems in the current Beta than OneUI4/Android 12 and previous versions? Or are we just experiencing less Feedback or fewer Participants In the Beta program?

I've reported a bunch of issues after looking through the system files that the average user may or may not notice I am custom rom developer for the S20/S21 series, for example they have accidentally set the SIOP Policy to the S21+ on the S21 Ultra series, which could lead to battery/performance issues due to incorrect file for the device.
