There is an option for dynamic on the lock screen, it can still be found on the lock screen by seeing left out by going to the wallpapers and looking in wallpaper services. Is this what you mean?

I can confirm it's missing now with latest beta.
This version by samsung ruined our phones so much...

It's back again. On lock screen swipe from right to left.
