Do we have to leave beta ?

No, its automatic. Mine is updating now.
Once all finished and available for everyone, the beta will end

In past Beta, after installing the update you were automatically removed from the Beta. Not sure what is happening with this beta and what should we do.

After you update once done when restart no beta software message will pop up, surely this is enough to say the beta has ended.
2 you can just go on Google and type whats the latest stable version of oneui8 and check if the one you have installed is the same as public version

Im updated for the stable version but im still in beta forum, only difference i can't send any error reports

You don't have to leave Beta. If you installed the newest update to stable software version you are already on the official release 😊
