Bixby Routines toggle not found

I've been trying to find the bixby Routines toggle in my control centre, and can't find it. It gets annoying when you have to search for the app in settings and turn it on just to turn on bedtime mode, or any other mode of that matter. Has the routines toggle disappeared on anyone elses device

It's a replacement one called Modes

That's not what I mean. If you tap on one of the modes, ie bedtime, it asked me to turn on bixby routines, which is a separate app. There was a toggle in UI 4 which has disappeared, and needs to be searched in settings to access now.

Now I've had more of a play I see what you mean. I setup a few modes but when you try to activate it you get this message and the button has gone so it can't be used at all. An issue for sure
