Auto Updating Album doesn't work

The auto update album doesn't work. I have tried this with 2 different faces, it doesn't pull all the images through and you cannot manually add images to the album. If you take a photo and the album doesn't recognise the face you cant manually add it to the auto album.  At the moment its a pretty useless feature as it doesn't work

Thanks for your feedback, please send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at this in detail 😊 In the meantime, I recommend using the tag function I have mentioned in the previous thread: Auto-Updating Album - Samsung Community

when i am trying to set the AUTO UPDATING ALBUM, message showing that as "NO PEOPLE FOUND" and You dont seem to have any pictures of people on your phone" even though I have photos in my gallery / phone. Requesting solution
