Another recent apps bug

Hard to describe open 1 app swipe recent apps and the app moves to right and shows transparent location for app

I don't see that. All recent apps show fine scrolling left or right

All fine for me, is it only certain apps or in certain conditions you are seeing it?

It happens often but randomly and it's only when you have 1 app open not when there's more
