High battery usage by "permission usage" app

Anyone seeing this on the latest beta? I have reported the bug in the members app

Under battery usage it appears as the top app over 17% today. Don't even know what it is.

I also have permission usage at the top of the list 8.6%.maybe apps running in the background.

I can also see it on my device. Thank you for having reported the issue, let's see what the developers say .

Try going Into the apps settings and restrict background battery useage,I do this for majority of my apps

Unfortunately as it's not a proper app - it'd part of the phone settings - you can't there's no option to do this. Samsung need to fix it so hopefully everyone else is reporting the bug too
