Video quality

When recording a video, the quality is bad.

I've had the same issues. in fact I recorded some videos and they won't even play. and the ones that do play are so bad they are not worth keeping.

Please try to clear cache of the Camera app and then reboot your phone.

If that won't help, report the issue via the Samsung Members app attaching log files .

I've not had issues with the original files not playing or original playback quality.. only an issue for me when I send over WhatsApp!
