1. Clear Android Auto cache and data.
2. Check if the latest versions of Android Auto and Google Play Services apps are installed.
3. Disable (if enabled) battery optimization for Android Auto app.
4. Check if the latest version of vehicle firmware is installed.
5. Reinstall Android Auto - If the above steps do not resolve the issue, completely delete the Android Auto app and reinstall it
If the issue persists after trying all of the above methods, please report the problem through the Feedback menu in the Samsung Members app. When leaving feedback, please be sure to attach log files so that we can analyze the cause more accurately and make improvements.
