Trash camera quality

Okay so the 2nd beta just released and I made a post about the now brief finally bein' here, but I've tried out a bunch of things and Im ngl, the camera quality is lookin' kinda crappy tbh, especially the selfie camera. Like I personally prefer filmin' selfie videos in cinematic video (or portrait video idk what its called lol) Cos it adds depth, but like Im not someone who usually cares a crazy amount about res, im more about colour reproduction, but the res has been lookin' kinda iffy. Maybe just a bunch of noise, just looks kinda grainy, so yeah, maybe the software magic of android aint workin' so well on the beta. Anyone else notice this? 🤧

It seems like you’re pointing out some noticeable changes in camera quality after installing the One UI 8 Beta 2, especially when using the selfie camera. As you mentioned, the footage appears grainy, noisy, and not quite up to the expected resolution — even though your focus is more on color reproduction than pure sharpness.

If others are seeing similar issues, feel free to jump in — it helps us determine whether it's a widespread concern or a device-specific case. In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to submit feedback through the Samsung Members app (under the Beta section). Including log files and camera samples, if possible, will greatly assist the development team in identifying and fixing any regressions 😉.
