Hello.

I bought an Evo micro sd card which says on the box that it has a 10 year warranty. I want to register the product. But when I enter the Micro sd serial number, I get the message Unfortunately your registration was not successful. I bought this memory card from Amazon.nl and I am pretty sure it is genuine. What should I do now?

Thank you for your message and congratulations with the purchase of your Evo micro SD card! The 10 year warrenty period indeed applies to also microSD PLUS, SD PLUS, CF PLUS. Yes, I tried to register my Micro SD card through this link, but I was unsuccessful every time. I tried all the serials (on the box and on the back of the Micro SD itself).1734728871242.jpg

Hi,
sorry for the late reply. I was very sick.

My apologies for the late response. Hanaro does our SD card repairs. When you want to send your SD card in for a repair you can contact Hanaro. They don't do data recovery/maintaining. Their e-mailadres: cs@hanaro.eu
