Hello.
I bought an Evo micro sd card which says on the box that it has a 10 year warranty. I want to register the product. But when I enter the Micro sd serial number, I get the message Unfortunately your registration was not successful. I bought this memory card from Amazon.nl and I am pretty sure it is genuine. What should I do now?

My apologies for the late response. Hanaro does our SD card repairs. When you want to send your SD card in for a repair you can contact Hanaro. They don't do data recovery/maintaining. Their e-mailadres: cs@hanaro.eu

sorry for the late reply. I was very sick.
My MicroSD is an Evo Select 128 gig model. There are different serial numbers written on the microSd itself and on its box. I checked all of them and each time it failed.
